A nation is built on good foundations that are dependent on the sacrifices of past generations. It continues to endure based on the industrious, hard working and industrious nature of it’s citizenry, and builds a lasting legacy based on how it recognizes the achievement of those who stand tall, defy the odds and achieve success.
Such is the case of Nollywood stars who were honored yesterday by the Nigerian president Jonathan Goodluck. It was a day of set aside for national honors and Nollywood stars were well represented in the awards line up with the likes of Genevieve, Stephanie, and Osita all been awarded respective awards for their collective efforts in the Nollywood industry and the development of African Movies at large.
We say congratulations to them and hope the trend continues to inspire others achieve even greater success in all African countries.
